Shipping and Return Policy

UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes.
When choosing the shipping method, please note that we are closed on holidays and weekends.
There will be no UPS shipment on non-business days.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Livingston, New Jersey.
Back orders will be shipped Free Freight UPS Ground.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
UPS does not require a signature upon delivery and will leave your package at the safest location at your address.

All Shipments to Canada are subject to additional duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Please visit UPS website for more information.

Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt.
Replacements will be shipped via the same method as the original order.
We accept returns of items within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team:
