Terms and Conditions


ORDERING

  • No minimum order required.
  • Dealers must log in to view wholesale prices.
  • Phone orders are not accepted to ensure accuracy.
  • Orders can be placed online, via email (info@soho-paper.com), or fax (973-577-7167).
  • All orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) are processed the next business day.

PRODUCTION TIME

  • Papers, envelopes, cards, and die cut products: 1-3 business days.
  • Boxes: 7-10 business days.
  • Custom die cut products: 5-7 business days.
  • Foil Stamping: 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Printing (digital): 3-5 business days after final proof approval.

SHIPPING

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes.
  • When choosing the shipping method, please note that we are closed on holidays and weekends.
  • There will be no UPS shipment on non-business days.
  • All orders are shipped F.O.B. Livingston, New Jersey.
  • Back orders will be shipped Free Freight UPS Ground.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • UPS does not require a signature upon delivery and will leave your package at the safest location at your address.

CANADA SHIPPING

  • All Shipments to Canada are subject to additional duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Please visit UPS website for more information.

RETURNS

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Replacements will be shipped via the same method as the original order.
  • We accept returns of items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team:
  • All custom-made per-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
